FlipJungle uses Stripe for secure and seamless payment processing. You can choose between monthly and annual subscription plans, and your payment details will be securely handled by Stripe, a leading payment provider trusted by millions.

Your subscription will automatically be renewed each month for monthly plans and each year for annual plans until you cancel your plan.

It's so easy, you can cancel your plan at any time and you will not be charged for the next month.

If you decide to cancel, your plan will automatically switch to the Free plan at your next renewal date. While refunds are not available, your current plan will remain active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. By canceling, you might miss out on continuous progress, valuable interactions, and upcoming features like the World Map.

If you switch from the Family Plan to an individual plan, your child's progress and data will be preserved, but certain features exclusive to the Family Plan, such as managing multiple child accounts and advanced tracking tools, will no longer be available. You'll still have access to all previously stored progress, ensuring that your child's learning continuity is maintained.

Yes, with FlipJungle's Family Plan, you can add and manage up to three learners under one parent account. This plan is ideal for families with more than one child, allowing you to monitor and support each child's learning journey individually. The Family Plan not only gives you full access to all the platform's features but also provides the convenience of managing your children's education in one place.

The Parent Dashboard is designed to give you deep insights into your child's learning progress. You can track their positive and negative sentiments, view the topics they frequently discuss, and analyze their cognitive skills such as Problem-Solving, Critical Thinking, and Emotional Awareness.
